Before you sign up, download, or use GreenLight Dash for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms. By using GreenLight Dash, our website, or our other products, we assume you have accepted the terms of use of the Wpsoul company (seller) set out below.
We reserve the right to change and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Product Delivery
GreenLight Dash is available as a free browser version and as a paid desktop application. The desktop application and paid plans can be downloaded and activated after purchase. Paid products are accessible after payment is received and verified. To process payments we use PayPal, Stripe, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards. You must agree to their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
Your purchase information will be emailed to the address you provide. In some cases a payment is not completed successfully and we have to review and process the order manually, so delays can range from about 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on the situation and the extent of any review required after a fraud alert.
License and Use of GreenLight Dash
GreenLight Dash is proprietary software and is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms and your active plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or reverse engineer the application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Your Content and Ownership
You retain all rights to the media, boards, projects, and other content you create, import, or generate with GreenLight Dash. Because the application is local-first, your files are stored on your own device — we do not claim any ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you import, generate, and distribute, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to it.
Bring-Your-Own AI Keys and Third-Party Services
GreenLight Dash is provider-agnostic and lets you connect your own third-party AI API keys (for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, or WaveSpeed). Your use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms, and you are solely responsible for all usage, costs, and content generated through your own keys. Optional sharing features rely on your own Cloudflare account. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party services, their availability, their pricing, or the output they produce.
Modifications
You are free to configure and customise GreenLight Dash within the options the application provides. Tampering with, modifying, or otherwise altering the application’s files or binaries may void your support eligibility, and the GreenLight Dash team is not obliged to provide support for modified installations.
Unauthorized / Illegal Uses
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or block your account or license if we believe you are abusing the license terms or our business in any way. If you create an account on our service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. You may not use GreenLight Dash for any unlawful purpose or to create or distribute illegal content.
Support Policy
Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide it. After you have downloaded or purchased GreenLight Dash, you are eligible to ask for support with issues you might face with the product. Once a clear and understandable support request is received, we try to provide a solution by email.
Support Language
We currently provide support in English only. Please make your support requests in clear English so we can understand exactly what you need, and be as specific as possible.
Support Priority
Customers with a valid paid subscription always have priority over free users. If you have purchased a plan and have a valid subscription, you are eligible for priority support for as long as your subscription remains valid.

You can request support from the Support section inside GreenLight Dash or by emailing [email protected]. Further discussion takes place by email, using the address registered to your account.
What Our Support Covers
- Installation or activation errors on a supported operating system
- Help with the functionality of GreenLight Dash that is not already explained in our documentation
- Issues relating to broken or malfunctioning product features
What Is NOT Covered by Support
- Issues caused by unsupported or outdated operating systems or hardware
- Products obtained from anyone other than greenlightdash.pro or your account
- Problems caused by third-party services, including third-party AI providers and your own API keys, balances, or rate limits
- Errors arising from customising or modifying the application’s code or files
- Cases where you cannot provide the information we need to reproduce or investigate an issue
Price Changes
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue — temporarily or permanently — any product or plan (or any part of it), with or without notice.
Refunds
We offer a customer-friendly 14-day refund policy. However, you cannot request a refund on the basis that GreenLight Dash does not include a feature it was never advertised to have. A free browser version is available, so please try it before you buy. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Warranty
GreenLight Dash is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The product is intended to function correctly upon proper installation and configuration on a supported operating system. In no event shall WPSoul be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses — arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products.
Any sample media, images, fonts, or demo content shown in GreenLight Dash or in our demonstrations are for demonstration purposes only. You are responsible for owning or licensing any stock images, fonts, or other assets you use in your own projects.
Lifetime License
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other interpretation of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. The GreenLight Dash team reserves the right to announce the end of life of a product at any time, with 30 to 90 days’ prior notice to the customer.
WPSoul reserves the right to change or modify the above contents at any time without prior notice.
Reselling
Reselling GreenLight Dash is not allowed and will result in your license being disabled. You are free to use GreenLight Dash to create and deliver work for your clients and to charge them for that work, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the software itself on public spaces, forums, or social media platforms. If you would like to earn from referring others to GreenLight Dash, please use our Affiliate Program.
