VIDEO EDITOR: Dragging and dropping multi-selected clips doesn’t work between channels

Currently, dragging and dropping multi-selected clips does not allow for moving vertically between channels. Only horizontal same channel movement is allowed. This becomes a problem when a user wants to move many clips to another channel, all at the same time while keeping them in sync with each other.
