other image and video generator API keys

I have image, video and audio generators I have purchased – Artistly and VideoExpress, also CloneVoice for Text to speech etc. These all have API keys for talking to each other and I wondered if I would be able to use these here. If not, I assune I can upload image, video and audio files to a folder on Dash and use these as sources?
