In the Boards panel, clicking the expand toggle on a single board that has sub-boards expands the sub-boards of every board in the list at once, not just the one clicked. With several boards that each have many sub-boards this turns the panel into one very long list and there is no way to inspect one board's children on their own.
Steps to reproduce
1. Have two or more boards that each contain several sub-boards.
2. In the Boards panel, click the expand/chevron on just one of them.
Expected
Only the clicked board expands to show its sub-boards; the others stay collapsed. Expanded state should be per board.
Actual
All boards with sub-boards expand together (a single global expanded flag rather than per-board state).
