Who We Are
We are WPSoul, the team behind GreenLight Dash — an all-in-one, local-first desktop application for creative workflows. By using our website or the GreenLight Dash application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.
Your Content Stays on Your Device
GreenLight Dash is local-first. Your boards, media, projects, video editor timelines, settings, and any AI provider API keys you add are stored locally on your own device (in a local database and local media files). We do not collect, upload, or store your canvas content, media, or projects on our servers. You own your files and your data.
Type of Data We Collect
- Account and purchase data: when you join the waitlist, create an account, or buy a plan, we collect your email address and the information needed to process and verify your purchase.
- Support data: when you contact support, we collect the email you write from and any details you choose to share so we can help you.
- We do not collect any information about the content of your boards, media, or projects.
Use of Personal Information
- Data usage: we use your personally identifiable information (such as your email address) to identify you, contact you, and provide our product and support.
- Purpose of data collection: to identify you as our customer, subscriber, or waitlist member and to deliver the product, notices, and other relevant materials.
- No data sharing with third parties: we do not share your data in a way that reveals your personal information (such as your email or name), subject to applicable laws and regulations. Only our administrators have access to your data, and you can review or request deletion of your data at any time.
Third-Party Integrations and Links
GreenLight Dash is provider-agnostic and lets you connect your own third-party AI API keys (for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, or WaveSpeed). When you use AI features, your prompts and the media you choose are sent directly from the application to those providers using your own keys. That processing is governed by each provider’s own privacy policy and terms — we do not act as an intermediary for, or store, that data.
Optional sharing features can publish a board through your own Cloudflare account (R2 storage, a D1 database, and a Worker that you control). Payments are handled by third-party processors such as PayPal and Stripe. We may also reference third-party products and websites. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content and activities.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
greenlightdash.pro uses only the essential cookies needed for the website to function (for example, to keep you signed in or to remember your session). We do not use cookies to track visitors across other sites or to build advertising profiles. The GreenLight Dash desktop application does not track your activity.
Data Breach Procedures We Have in Place
If a data breach occurs — such as the loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to personal data we hold — we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of it.
