VIDEO EDITOR | Resizable panel in editor to allow user to see video (now impossible with lots of channels)

Currently, when many channels are added, the video preview above the timeline can’t be seen anymore. The user should allowed to shrink the height of the timeline (with a scrollbar added) so that they can have multiple channels and still see what they are doing.
