VIDEO EDITOR: Copy/paste content should respect currently selected channel

Currently, when you copy and paste an item, it pastes on the channel it was copied from. Similar to other video editing apps, I believe the bottom item of the paste stack should paste on the currently selected channel. So if you have 3 clips across 3 channels, and you copy them, and then select a channel that is above all of those 3 clips, and paste. The pasted stack should start on that channel that is above all of those 3 clips, not overwrite the clips you just copied.
