VIDEO EDITOR: Add hotkey for enabling/disabling clips (once enable/disable feature is built)

   I see “M” mutes and unmutes a video already. So maybe something similar for enabling/disabling clips? I’m hoping “W” and “E” become Zoom Out and Zoom In eventually (based on my workflow) so I’m hesitant to say “E” haha

   This should also make it so that clips lower on the timeline are now accessible for grabbing, resizing, etc. on the video preview canvas. Bonus win for the feature
