VIDEO EDITOR: Ability to enable/disable clips

Currently, the only way to hide a clip is to delete it entirely. The problem with that, is sometimes when experimenting with things, you want to temporarily hide a clip (or number of clips). Enabling/disabling clips should be added to aid with this. Also useful for when AI is messing with stuff to save credits and not regenerate content if going back to previous ideas.
