Define a clear way to back-up projects both, just the board itself (for versioning) and with assets included as well

Currently, back-up methods aren’t clear with the app. How can we move projects betwen different systems/machines? Do all assets come along? Does the DB work on a new machine? Can we work off of a cloud folder like Dropbox? Can we backup just project files without assets to Dropbox to keep backups small? Back-up workflow needs to be made clear in documentation and ideally, clear options available in the app.

For a professional editing workflow, assets should be allowed to be kept locally, while boards, projects, and settings are able to persist in cloud storage. So basically, a separation between where assets are stored, where project files are stored, and where application files are stored, with a clear methodology for backing up projects.
