In my opinion, shift + mouse wheel should go left/right and ctrl + mouse wheel should go up/down. Having to click and drag to move around board feels less power-user-ish.

@igor Hell yeah, shift to scroll left-right, ctrl to zoom, and no modifier to scroll up and down feels great
