APP: Add a history panel

Greenlight Dash should have a history panel that allows for moving back to a previous step without pressing ctrl+z (or ctrl+shift+z for redo) a bunch of times. This panel should also have a bottom for specifying the number of undo steps Greenlight Dash should keep.
