Choosing a Device

Pick the model that matches what you are showcasing — a marketing site needs a different frame than a phone app teaser.

Picking quickly

  • App store reel — iPhone Pro Max for marketing renders, plus a Grid for the screen-variants slide.
  • Marketing site hero — Browser for the desktop hero, iPhone for the mobile-responsive shot in the same project.
  • Dashboard tour — MacBook Pro or iMac, with a video screen content.
  • Comparison — Double iPhone for before/after.

Change device on an existing project

Right-click the device on the canvas → Change device. The screen content is preserved and re-mapped to the new device’s screen aspect (with letterboxing if the aspects do not match).

Custom devices

There is no in-app custom-device builder. If you need a device frame the app does not provide, render the screen at No device and composite it over a still device photo in the Video Editor.
