Carousel groups can be exploded with Cmd / Ctrl-Shift-G.
Captions
The post caption is saved as metadata, visible in the Lightbox right panel.
Limits
- Private accounts require a logged-in session. There is no built-in sign-in flow; private posts cannot be pasted.
- Story content has a 24-hour lifetime. Pasting a story URL within that window works; after expiry the URL returns nothing.
- Reels with copyrighted audio may be served without sound on some regions.
Tips
- Pinterest often re-hosts Instagram content with no rate limits — if Instagram throttles you, try the Pinterest pin.
- For research, drop the carousel as a group and run Smart Grouping → By colour to see the palette across all slides.
