Edit a board together with other people, live. Everyone on the board sees cards, arrows, frames and media change as they change, sees where the others are working, and nobody’s edits are ever silently overwritten.
How it works
A shared board lives in a room that the board owner hosts in their own Cloudflare account. The app creates that room for you from a single Cloudflare API token — there is nothing to deploy by hand and nothing is stored on GreenLight servers. The board’s cards and arrows go into the room; its images and videos go into your own Cloudflare storage.
People you invite paste a code into their app. Each of them gets a real local board that mirrors the shared one — it opens offline, keeps autosaving to their machine, and catches up with whatever it missed the moment it reconnects.
- Only the owner needs a Cloudflare account. Invitees need the app and a PRO license, nothing else.
- Free for most teams. Cloudflare’s free plan covers roughly a five-person team editing full days. Beyond that, Cloudflare’s paid plan starts at $5/month — paid to Cloudflare, not to GreenLight.
- Your board keeps working exactly as before. Local folder, autosave, exports and static share links are unchanged, and you can turn collaboration off and keep a local copy at any point.
What you see while collaborating
- Every other person’s cursor with a name tag, in their own colour.
- A coloured outline on whatever they have selected, and an “…is editing” chip on the card they are working in. Your own selection keeps the app’s green.
- Who is online in the top bar and in the Collaboration panel.
- A conflict entry — never a quietly overwritten card — when two people really do change the same card at the same time, with Keep mine · Use theirs · Keep both to settle it.
