Notes and Markdown Blocks

Notes are sticky text blocks. Use them for labels, captions, prompt drafts, or longer write-ups in Markdown.

Add a note

Click Add Note in the bottom toolbar, or press N. A blank note appears at the cursor; start typing immediately.

Click outside the note to commit. Click back inside any time to edit.

Inline formatting

Notes are full Markdown:

• Bold with **…**, italic with *…*, inline code with backticks.
• Headings with #, ##, ###.
• Lists, blockquotes, fenced code, tables, links — anything CommonMark supports.

The rendered note shows formatted output by default; double-click to edit the raw source again.

Resize and reflow

Drag the bottom-right corner to resize. Text reflows automatically. There is no fixed shape — notes can be a single label or a full document block, whatever fits the board.

Colour

Right-click → Background colour to set the note’s tile colour. The app picks a foreground contrast automatically. A small palette of presets is offered, or pick a custom colour.

Use notes for prompts

Prompts you reuse — for image generation, agent commands — live well in notes. Select a note and use it as a starting point: copy the text into the generation panel, or mention the note in an agent prompt with @ so the agent picks up its contents.
