Lightbox Viewer

Double-click any image or video element to open it in the lightbox — a full-resolution viewer overlay with playback controls and generation history.

What you see

The lightbox shows the element at its native resolution, centered with a darkened backdrop. For videos it autoloads a player with timeline scrubber, play/pause, mute, fullscreen, and a download button.

The right panel shows metadata:

• Source — file path, original URL if downloaded, generation provider and model if generated.
• Dimensions and size — pixels and bytes.
• Prompt — for AI-generated content, the prompt and reference images used.
• Generation history — earlier attempts in the same generation chain.

Navigate between elements

• ← / → — previous or next element on the canvas, in selection order.
• Esc — close the lightbox.

If you opened the lightbox from a group or frame, navigation stays inside that container.

Re-run generation

For AI-generated media the right panel includes a Regenerate button. It re-opens the generation panel with the same prompt and references attached so you can tweak and re-roll.

Iterate opens the same panel but adds the current image as a new reference, ready for an image-to-image follow-up.

Edit from the lightbox

Common edit actions are exposed in the lightbox toolbar without leaving the viewer:

• Crop — visual crop tool with aspect-ratio presets.
• Resize — set width / height, downscale a high-res reference for upload.
• Rotate / flip — 90° increments and horizontal / vertical mirror.
• Extract audio (video only) — saves the audio track to the board folder.
• Remove background — runs background-removal on the image and adds a transparent variant.
• Upscale — sends to the configured upscale model.

Compare two elements

Select two images on the canvas, then press L. The lightbox opens in split-screen with the two images side-by-side and a synced zoom.
