v8.0.0 — The 3D release: world view, camera paths and animatable templates

  • Your shot in true 3D — a new 3D view in the player bar turns the preview into a real 3D world — layers stand at their true depths, the project camera is a live proxy with a frustum cone, and full Move / Rotate / Scale gizmos work on layers and the camera itself, depth axis included. Draw camera paths as editable bezier splines and fly the camera along them with a keyframable Path Progress track — reshape the curve and the move reshapes with it.
  • Animate a template’s own options — motion-template options are now keyframable — a ◆ appears next to every option a template can genuinely animate (bar thickness, colours, sizes, angles) and one click turns it into a keyframe track with the same easings and timeline diamonds as everything else. Colours interpolate properly instead of snapping.
  • Four new MotionFast templates (PRO)Tag Wall — an endless wrapping wall of glowing text pills with your logo timed to cross centre frame; Media Orbit — photos open full-frame, join a spinning carousel ring and burst into a depth-of-field collage; Comment Card — a social comment that builds itself on screen with YouTube, Instagram and X action rows, six card looks and per-word highlights; Glow Edge Pill — a capsule whose lit edge traces itself on, complete with a clickable end beat.
  • Six new adjustment-layer effectsAura Blur melts edges into a density-tinted halo, Wave Ripple carves content into drifting scanlines with contour rings, Flash Blink strobes, pulses or flickers everything below it, plus Mirror, Wave Warp and Wave Lines — all keyframable and identical in preview and export.
  • Faster everywhere — the app starts with about 60% less to download (the Video Editor, Mockup Generator, HTML editor and 3D viewer load on first open), off-screen HTML cards pause instead of redrawing invisibly, zooming back in no longer freezes the board, and panning a large board no longer rebuilds arrow geometry every frame.
  • Typography for the canvas — frame titles and sticky notes get default fonts in settings — the same picker as the Video Editor, custom uploads included — individual frames can carry their own title font, and shared boards and HTML exports embed the chosen families.
