- Videos inside MotionFast templates — any template media slot now takes MP4/MOV footage alongside photos — drop a clip into a card, a grid tile or a marquee cell and it plays there, looping for as long as the template runs. Frames are decoded on the fly, so the preview, the local export and the server render all show exactly the same thing, and a file the app can’t play is flagged in the panel instead of rendering black.
- Two new motion templates — Scatter Cards scatters a deck of media cards through the frame and flows them past the camera, and Wave Marquee runs your words along a rolling wave — both native motion layers, rendered on-device with the rest of your timeline.
- 3D Grid Reveal takes video tiles — the grid template’s media slots accept footage as well as stills, with each tile re-cut every frame so moving images stay sharp instead of freezing on their first frame.
- Templates now sit on your project background — motion templates no longer paint their own backdrop — they render transparent and composite over the project background and whatever layer sits beneath them, so one control owns the stage instead of two fighting each other.
- Transparent renders that actually stay transparent — server-side renders with alpha now go through a real transparent encoder end to end, and clips whose aspect doesn’t match the canvas no longer punch opaque black bars through the alpha channel — overlay renders drop cleanly onto anything.
