- Video cards appear instantly with a skeleton loader — dragging or pasting a local video onto the board now drops the card immediately (with a shimmer + “Uploading video…” placeholder) while the file copies in the background, then swaps in the real player. No more long “Uploading file” wait with nothing on the canvas (a 500MB clip took ~10s just to copy). Proxy + thumbnail still generate in the background afterward; a failed upload removes the placeholder.
